Hate to bump an old thread, but this just happened to me too and I'm wondering who else has experienced this. There was no setup or me no showing, just the text part. They followed it up with trying to facetime me, but I knew better than to answer and show them my face. I don't even know which provider this would have come from, but just be aware. There was an accusation of contacting providers without intending to show up and wasting their time. There was the death threat that they were asking for twenty five hundred to settle it.
