I'm sure they will do a couple of calendar calls before the trial trying to offer her a better deal 5 years was the maximum, but they were threatening her with making it bringing a narcotic into a correctional facility which would have upped the charge on her and offered more time, that was the first offer at arraignment was 5 years with less on good behavior, I would have turned that shit down too. Looks like they're trying to stick her on this one.
