I got a lead onto a massage parlor from someone who relocated to the IE and had experience w / Rainbow Spa. It is on Red Hill very near the I-5. If you google it, yelp says it is inside 7-11, but it is just next door. There is parking in the back but it is cramped and you need to maneuver around to get turned around to drive away. Not many spaces either.
