Star Moon has always been HE and I doubt that will ever change. I heard from another hobbyist at one point in time (pre-COVID) that he had got FS once from a lady he saw all the time there but I trust that about as far as I can throw it. Still, Star Moon is a very nice place for a standard finish and a pretty decent massage.
