Hey, wanted to find out what is your tried and true opener when texting a new provider you have not met before? I'm always conflicted. I often start with "Hello, is this <insert name " or if I don't have a name "Good afternoon", "Hello there" or some other generic salutation. Seems like I get mixed results.
