That should be a hard NO. She's trying to get you to give 200 just to meet for drinks. Chances are you will never get to her place. With a bit of work, you will find a much better option for the 200 she wants for meeting, and won't have to shell out another 200 to go back to her place. Always stick with not forking over any sugar until the panties are on the floor. I never offer more than 200. I usually make a first offer at 150, then let them bargain me up to 200. No blocking, retaliation or anything (try calling a woman a man and see what really hapens. Of course bio was changed.
