Thank you for the response. It's exactly how I was thinking of operating. I am getting bombarded with messages, which is expected and shows how much in control we are in this arrangement. So again, she's convinced herself of her value and projects it by saying she's been offered that much, in an effort to convince you of same. It's like selling a used car on CL. You ask 5 k, someone offers you 4 k. You tell them you've been offered 4. 7 k as a negotiation technique, to justify the asking price. Same thing with SBs.
