Where did she say payment up front? Her ad doesn't say that and the screenshot you attached doesn't say that either, it just tells you her rate. Did she send another message saying payment up front? Or a deposit? I'm not saying it is or is not fake, but there are some things that, in my opinion, suggest it's legit. The ad lists Palm Bay, not some generic "in your area" kind of thing. The pics don't appear to be of the TGTBT variety of with a lot of filters. Plus her text message gives a legit address and lists fairly typical rates.
