Last time I used one about a year ago I followed these instructions and it worked: You need to go into the "activation" (or setup) for the card ex: www.CardCo.com/activate and take a few minutes to fill out the details Use a real (but not yours) address from the city you are in, complete it all accurately. Then use this exact address as the billing address on SA.

Let me know if it works.

I had the same issue with her but I took it one step more. I used one of my old cards and scratched off part of the number so she could not read it when texting pictures. (no money on it anyway). She got really frustrated and wanted me to go by another card. Played with her like I was heading to the store and just blocked her when I got bored.
