The AMP scene is pretty much dead in Columbus. You can take a stroll to Dayton and find a more options (look at their USA site). But in general, girls that provide extras aren't dumb and know what we are there for, especially the Asians. They will tease like you said or just straight go for it.

Me personally, I've found the easiest way to know if the HE is on is to lay without the towel. They will get the hint and usually not put it back on, then on the flip the goods are already out in the open. If they do put the towel back on before the massage even starts your chances aren't dead but it ain't looking good either. As far as the negotiation goes 40 is almost standard, don't pay more.
