The job market is great, so women can just get a regular job. They can get paid to be online only. Or just stay UTR. To say you going to advertise your body online and have every stranger come over and stick their dick in you. It isn't the best job description. Add on that most are going to treat you bad and not want to pay you a decent wage.

So just some helpful tips. Treat them nice, even if they aren't being so nice. They have bad days like the rest of us. If you want something specific, ask about it, and agree on a price. If they don't want to do it. Just move on and find someone who will. Being mean and disrespectful does no good. If the price seems too high, don't haggle too much.
