I agree also. I get the same kind of talks with girls I have seen. It's one of the reasons that I had complaints from others on the way I write reviews a while back.

So just some helpful tips. Treat them nice, even if they aren't being so nice. They have bad days like the rest of us. If you want something specific, ask about it, and agree on a price. If they don't want to do it. Just move on and find someone who will. Being mean and disrespectful does no good. If the price seems too high, don't haggle too much. Your boss doesn't ask you to work for half price. Now if you and boss have good relations, you may stay a bit later to get the job done. Do you really want to do a good job if getting paid lower wages?

I am always nice and respectful. I follow rules and treat them nicely. So when I get no engagement, none of the basic "tools of the trade", or anything else, it's such a waste. And wasted a blue pill today.

I've tried to teat the ladies well and cut them from slack when there's a problem that seems out of their control. In exchange, I've generally gotten more reliable and pleasant service, including some menu expansion.
