Scoped out a little joint over in and St Paul by hwy 120 & 36. The google reviews indicated it used to be legit, then sold to new management. The AMP kinda management LOL.

Long story short, L1 at a pretty good rate. Totaled 85 for the service (50 house fee for 30 min, haggled 35 tip).

The massage was really less of a massage, more of a "we doing this?" Kinda introduction. A few shoves on the back while straddling, then some sliding of the lower back and legs, and finally the tease to confirm.

Mamasan was probably 40 to 50, petite, no tits but way perky nipples. Got to do a tiny bit of nip licking while she worked. I don't think there is any more than that available. She had jeans on and the sliding door was like 2 inches ajar.

All in all, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Not rushed, but I just skipped the intro shitty massage and skipped to the good part.

For the price though, it's not bad. Going rate these days is at least 40 on top of house fee as far as I've seen. If you're in the area and need a quick cheapish service, not a bad spot.

Coincidentally, I was just doing laundry and visited in the downtime. The laundry joint was in the same strip mall as another potential AMP. They were closed, but looks like another L1 joint.

Went to HS Massage on Wednesday before me and my wife left for Thanksgiving.
