I wouldn't say it's definitely a scam, but it's definitely a risk because she is asking for a deposit and has no reviews. Of course I can see why legit providers want deposits, but the fact that so many guys will fork over money without seeing a lengthy and convincing work history means the situation is just ripe to be taken advantage of.
