I am the same way, been in this hobby for 10+ years and never BBFS, at least not intentionally. Depends if you're single or have SO. If you're single you're likely to be fine. You'll likely contract the more common and relatively harmless bugs (gonorrhea / chlamydia / HPV) but they are easily treated w / antibiotics or stay hidden.
