Having been burned in the past, here's what I do when I encounter a provider who absolutely won't see you without a deposit:

1. Gather the cash deposit for the provider you'd like to see, then place it somewhere in view nearby.

2. Grab some lube and go to your favorite porn website. Select several videos starring actresses who somewhat resemble the provider you'd like to visit.

3. Watch the videos and work it like the champion that you are.

4. Clean up, smile as you put the cash back in your wallet and scratch that provider's name off your list.

5. Use that cash to treat yourself to a nice meal or that particular item you've been meaning to purchase for yourself.

Done that many-many times waiting for the call back. All back comes, I don't reply!

I still pay at the end. I don't know if its because I have people come to my place or what, but the only time I've paid up front was when the lady asked for it and then locked herself in the bathroom for a couple of hours. I think I had one ask about the money up front and I put it on the dresser so she could see it and told her not to touch it until she's ready to go. The myriad of other people I've had in my place didn't even ask until it was time to go. Two weeks ago, I had walked someone out to her car and realized I forgot just as she was driving off and had to run back in and get her money. In other countries, it's the same way for me, I pay after I'm done. I'm completely baffled by the "rules" that other guys follow. They do all this ridiculous shit, pay upfront, discuss exactly what they're going to do, bring presents. I find it bizarre. With so many girls quoting 350-450/ hr (based on menu / upgrades), do you just filter them out? Or do you negotiate? Or is there another secret? I have a buddy who gets it "for free" most of the time, but in reality he's trading another form of currency.

How I get my "value" usually with my regulars is by doing like 2 hrs at a full rate, and then they basically spend the whole night, talking fucking vibing.

I've learned my lesson about giving names here, but try this. Spend about a week looking at prices on every ad. You will find some that don't post as often for $300 or less an hour. A few will be having specials. If you like them, put them on your TDL. Make sure you check last minute specials. I have 3 from TNA that do outcall to my home for $300. I have my flaky friend that is UTR that advertises once in a blue moon on STG for $225 (also comes to my place). On WYP, I met someone that comes to my place for 90 for $400 (last time she stayed 4 hours) on Seeking, I have one that I'm still amazed she's into me at $400 PPM, one that spends the night for $400 PPM and two that have text me every few days wanting to meet up for $400 PPM (haven't met them yet).
