Got scammed hard by this one. Had been talking with her over Snapchat for close to two months (we actually stopped talking but reconnected after I renewed), and hit it off. She sent daily snaps, good morning messages, whole 9 (I know her full name, social media, and even general area where she works). Had a great meet and greet, and even set up a ppm meet (it was car, but still hot nonetheless). We than planned to do a day at a hotel where we'd not just fool around but also chill and hang out. Because we chatted I felt comfortable advancing allowance plus cost to book the room. Sent money on a Wednesday for a Friday meet. Day of she messaged me her usual good morning, and even sent a message the night before with what she wanted to do when we met up. Than radio silence. Show up to the hotel parking lot and she ghosts me. At first just didn't respond, but eventually blocked me. I walked into the hotel thinking maybe she forgot her phone, and the Front desk did confirm she had a room booked but hadn't checked in yet. I was a mix of worried and pissed thinking something happened, until I saw she posted stuff on Facebook (so obviously not in an accident or anything).

This one hurt for sure. Not saying I was falling for her but we definitely vibed. We texted back and forth almost daily, and she really had me believing that she was looking for something long term. We talked about a monthly allowance, and her getting her own place. She was saying that she was excited for me to be over there, and was sending areas she was thinking about moving to. Long story short, be very cautious guys. I thought I hit the jackpot but got effed really bad. I've been scammed before, but she played the long game. Definitely messed me up to the point where I'm thinking of calling it quits. It's been a shit couple of days, and really just wanted to vent along with report.

I have her profile link, but I think I'm blocked. Also some screenshots of photos she had on her FB which she also had on her SA profile. Careful out there guys.

She's been around for a bit now. Not really sure what her deal is. Was talking to her back in 2020 and same thing, talked everyday for a month or two and when finally wanted to get together, ghosted. Thankfully I didn't send her any money though.

I had one that stung a bit too. I'd been meeting up with this girl off and on for 2 years. She lived in Canada but would come to Chicago periodically. We kept in touch when she was back home and she shared a lot about her real life and all that. When she was here she'd hang out at my place a lot, we'd watch movies, go to dinner, etc. Saw her dozens of times.
