If you tell them that you are new and don't have any references and provide them with the verification info they usually admit you. YMMV for everyone. I know it worked for me.

The Thai girls that advertise on Bedpage and craigslist are newcomer friendly and most are game for being a reference if you ask nicely.

I joined both Moon Palace and JJClub less than a year ago, and neither asked for references. You may want to give them a call. I got approved with both in less than 24 hours.

Both are amazing. GFE very similar including bodies. But, face I prefer Bora just by a little.

Made a visit about a week ago in Fairfax. Photos are accurate and the location was an upscale apartment. A little annoying with the location b / C you have to tail a resident to get in since the elevators require a keycard. After arrival was immediately met a BT and some DFK then off to the shower. No real play in the shower. Off to bed for some BBBJ and DATY with more DFK. On with the hat though multiple positions and msog. Overall the experience was pleasant but not the best, especially at this price point. I will admit I may be a little spoiled living in the EU for the last year were the prices and variety are unmatched in my experience. I am interested in the new girl Risa if anyone has had any time with her and plan on a visit to her soon.
