Trying to understand BB. Why are girls offering this with all the risks involved?

Is it mostly NK girls who are doing this? I don't do BB and I've also never met someone who is NK in the biz. Are they hidden or keeping NK origin a secret?

From my research, BB girls are less attractive and usually much older (used goods from Korea) than GFE girls. I know some GFE girls are YMMV but at least they keep it secret. Are openly BB girls just as young / attractive as GFE girls? If I was a betting man, I would bet this happens maybe 5% of the time.
