Time to clear up this disinformation BS.

Anyone who has followed this board for over 5 years knows that NOVA stands for "standard Northern Virginia finish" which means services were restricted to only a HJ.

Four years ago a provider HJ in Virginia was completely legal until the democratic controlled state legislature and Gov passed legislation that made any sexual area touching where money was exchanged a felony. Most AMP's (especially KAMPS) had followed the HJ only policy to stay above the law. If more was expected then most mongers went to Maryland where BJ and FS were common.

The economic affects of COVID have opened up move Virginia providers to BJ and FS but if you read back in the Thread 5 of 10 years ago most services provided with "standard NOVA."

Before the pandemic I went there once. The Chinese lady was 30's attractive and great massage. No NOVA. No menu. 1 hour $70 at the time I think.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. Very professional. Maybe the lawyers come there on break from the courthouse.

On the massage I highly recommend.

During the pandemic I tried to get in, but an older lady opened the door and said by appointment only. So I just found other places that were more walk in when I have time.

I realize that in the Mongering world you have to find balance. Today I had a semi winner. I popped by Pinetree in Fairfax since I haven't read anything from there in a while. Called ahead to get an hour. This is important to note. Massage parlors notoriously change management (weekly based on the ads). When I arrived I was greeted by a beautiful, tall Korean woman named Kim. Cliché I know but roll with it. Got the customary "how long do you want" and "have you been here before. " IF you state you haven't been there in more than two months you will only get half hour regardless of if you called for an hour. I suggest checking RM for a recent provider and use that name if you want an hour.

OK back to Kim. This is a true stunner. She's 27 Korean from San Fran that speaks perfect English. Tall, standing about 5'7" with I nice set of Marilyn Monroe's, and no extra fat. She is Athletically lean. Nice tan, soft lightly sun kissed skin. Paid the half hour hf of. 6 and got on the table. Too good to be true. I love a Good massage, and this was definitely far from it, and while she teased a bit it wasn't nearly enough to get the juices flowing.

Flip comes and negotiations start. For reference, I dropped $. 4 plus. 6. She stated that's low by new management standards. The hr is. 8 which includes the ts and then $. 6 for FS. Anywho, CBJ was OK enough. Cfs in cg, k9, standing mish. Shapely is an oversimplification for this one. She had soft skin and a coke bottle shape without the Tiny flat Asian booty. It was nice and workable. Tight meow meow with the landing strip. Definitely moist and not a cram the lube and go. Finished in the bag, hot towel clean up and left. Decent hh with cfs and amazing conversation with a young, yes young, vibrant, pleasant young woman. She mentioned PT will start rotating in sub 30's monthly from other states. Just as a heads up. She is off tomorrow, but will be here for a month.

She was warm and friendly and got the job done nicely. I did not ask for too much as she was cute as a button and turned me on. I was in a little rush so I said upfront 45 minutes. Soon I extended for the hour. Just lots of fun with sweet young petite gal. Really enjoyed. Not sure what the extended menu was, if any, but I did not care. Just enjoyed my time with her. Looks to be in 20's but since small and cute could be in 30's. Who cares after seeing so many old hags in AMPs. Refreshing.

She's nice and gets the job done, but certainly not that age. I made a lengthy trip out in hopes on really seeing that age and unfortunately, the age is probably upper 40's if I had to guess. She's petite, eraser nips, but her stomach certainly has some baby damage and her ass is asian momma flat. For those reading, save yourself the trip and skip it.

NOVA means "No Oral or Vaginal or Anal play" so Silk34s definition is quite accurate. The reason it isnt popular among other boards is of course open to debate but I still think VA AMP scene is among the weakest in the country. Its gotten better since COVID but it used to be rather tame. We had quantity but not quality. HJ was pretty much the norm and anything extra was rare or YMMV. But when I was a newbie I also fell into the misconception that NoVA was always just North Va and that standard NoVa meant just a HJ which again is synonymous with the truth. Many mongers used the term because here in NOVA before the pandemic it was usually just a HJ and not much more. That was the inside joke, NOVA was no oral or vaginal but also the abbreviation for north VA and it was almost too fitting a coincidence. Occasionally the provider would take off their top and let you nurse or (again, pre pandemic) you could do some light kissing or DFK (deep French kissing) which many mongers would abbreviate as a NOVA+ (Myself included). Providers in VA would rarely let you do more ie BJ / FS you would never get their pants off or get oral except maybe some light kisses on the tip or maybe a simulated BJ which again puts you in the NOVA+ Territory. If you ever wanted more services ie FS then you would have to cross the River into Maryland, PG county area AMPs for those services rendered.

Virginia providing more than a HJ was rare and reserved. So that's the origin of the term.

Then the pandemic happened and providers were hit hard and in an effort to recoup the menu seemed to open up here. So nowadays more can be found than just the standard.

But standard NOVA is more or less a happy ending with some OTC roaming.

I find that now adays, providers who clean / disinfect your hands before the flip (either at the start or when you get the hot towel) are down for some finger fun. At least they know you are sticking something clean inside. This wasn't the biggest thing before COVID, but certainly is a tell tale sign of something to come.

I agree, and that is why I asked in an earlier post. (Thank you to those who reposted for clarifying its meaning.).

I assumed it was an expression used in this area to imply simple HE by HJ without seeing or touching her body. Glad I asked.

Let me know if you've done it or have any location recommendations. I may start at my usual places and make the request as well.

My experience is that most providers love getting a massage. Just ask after a while or ask them to lie down. 20% won't but most will and appreciate it. They are the ones that really need a massage.

To me, playing with a strange body is nice and fun. I am sort of careful how fast it does not progress as some get uncomfortable when they are not the control person. Just have to read the body language (pun intended). Makes the experience a mutually happy time and then they like to please you more. So I have been told.

Always be nice to the ladies and tip well.

Hannah at Classic Nails is another one with a good 2 handed HJ. She is a tall pretty 50 yo Vietnamese who has a following for manicures and pedicures. Strictly HJ with no UTC roaming.

Showed up a few minutes early.

There were two nails customers being worked on by a man.

Tina took me back for the massage.

Be cautious about positing reviews of nail salons. They are in general, legitimate businesses that try to keep a low profile. Few, if any, ever post about offering massage services and while Nick has blessed all with the fruits of his experiences, i merely ask we take into consideration that these ladies do offer legit services such as pedicures and that we as gentlemen should honor the unwritten rules of non parlor etiquette. As with the last time these reviews came to light on the board. Mongers inundated the place( IE classic nail) like a swarm of horny plague mites determined to ravage the thinly veiled walls and consume everything within and they were forced to stop giving massages. Try to be respectful and discreet because all it takes is one mishap to fuck up the fun for the rest of us.

Rule 1: do not call them incessantly and bother the owner about a massage. Rather go in person. Maybe get your disgusting toenails clipped and while in the ambience of a pedicure gently tease the idea of a massage if they arent too busy.

Rule 2: if they are busy, find a better time to go. If you see tons of ladies getting their nails done. Probably isnt a good time to get a massage because all we need is one of these righteous Karens to get suspicious and send word to uncle Leo. Then the next post of this nature wont be in the massage section it will be an article link on the news and media reports.

Rule 3: the creed of the PilotAviator. Treat the ladies nice. Dont demand, the best youll get at a nail salon is a standard NOVA. Dont push for more youve already hit the jackpot.
