I don't have it twisted, the claims that no one can get a carry permit are now wrong. You take the steps, submit the application and then wait. You're wrong, SCOTUS ruling earlier this year changed that. I have one and so do hundreds more as of now. Carrying is permitted but you can get jammed up should you pull out your gun.
