Nice. Yah depends on how you compare it. $200 an hour avg is good if you are getting the experience you want.

Upcharges for specific services are different. If she sets that rate then that's the tip. You always want to project that you are generous and not cheap.

I don't tip. I pay whatever the rate is. If there's extras involved (BBFS +100) then I pay that. But I don't "tip. " What am I missing here.
