I would suggest extreme paranoia with all things personal. Massage parlors may even be more of a target nowadays.

We need a complete guide book of all the dos and donts. Is there one to resurrect?

Seeing escorts is not fun anymore. When I first started seeing escorts in 2016 the going rate was 160 to 200 an hour and the only escorts who charged that much were somewhat attractive escorts or better and they serviced you a little more close to an hour than these current escorts do. I am not a minute man and if I pay 200 dollars for an hour I am looking to have sex the whole hour. I am seriously leaning towards moving to another country where men are appreciated a bit more because in this country it is hard to get an escort that you are attracted to and even harder to get a girlfriend that you are attracted to.

There's a huge difference between every major city, small cities, and the suburbs. It's kind of silly to compare them in any way. There are large parts of the US where mongering is basically non-existent. At least we have porkers, nuts, and addicts in the CT small cities. I once got an offer for services from a late-20's. Seattle metro is about 3-4 x the size of Hartford metro (4 m vs 1.2 m pop). Las Vegas is about 2 x. And they do call it Sin City for a reason.
