NQ = New Quadrant.

It is located on OBT. It runs roughly from Skyview Drive up to Oak Ridge.

It's an area on the southern end of the OBT Trail of SW's. It's officially at the Intersection of Landstreet and OBT. It somewhat broadly covers the areas just north of there up to the Mall Area.

Wow! Bianca (wearing a big jacket) was frantically waving me down at every pass I made through the area about 1:00 today at 23rd and 24th. I was at Walmart a few passes around the same time. All was still quiet at that time of the day. The 20's area was generally dead except for a few stray SWs.

All I saw out in the Walmart area was Traci with the Bolt-Ons sitting on the Green Electrical Panel in front of Popeye's. I am glad I didn't hang around too long.
