You have to pay the $25. How is this even an issue for you if you are in the game. It is less than the tip you would give a hooker for a quick session.

Saw her when she first came on HX and it was 200 for hr and BBFS was extra 40. She let me stay for almost 3 hours and got 2 pop inside her a left her a PlanB.
