Went here over Labor Day weekend. Place was dead so maybe I got the backup or owner. Unenthusiastic, clearly didn't want to be there. Didn't even bother w HE. Was very disappointing given all the positive reviews here. Maybe just bad timing but not rushing back.

Same experience, due to too much positive comments here. I expected I can get something above average in SSR. But after 2 times visiting here, I am really disappointed. The first time was 40's chunky women. The second time is a young slim woman, but definitely don't know what should do there. She is not even know how to "shake hands".

Went here recently (unfortunately it was after "building hours" so had to wait to be let in). I called and was let in by Lulu. Definitely at least 40 something but still decent looking. Very nice, clean and well run place. Price was higher than mentioned here (125 to start) but you get more for your experience. Steam room, table shower (and dry sauna get you primed for a top notch massage. My therapist was excellent and the massage alone was worth the entry fee. I did not have a choice of masseuse, I got the next available which was fine as mentioned. I wasn't looking for extra and got exactly what I expected. This was my first visit here and I heard it could get very busy and crowded. I think I got there at the right time, as it was getting busy as I was finishing up. Been wanting to give it a try for a long time and I'm glad I did. I will definitely repeat. 125/45 non rushed 90 minutes.

I was working close by and really wanted a good massage. Never been but have heard good things and been curious if it was worth it. The price was higher than I expected not leaving much, but figured I was already there. The facility had a very clean and professional feel to it. Receptionist (what?) was a nice change to the usual. I got a very informative preface of what I was paying for and shown to my room. I was then greeted a short time later by my masseuse. I've seen other reviews talking about the crowds and not so private setting, but it was pretty quiet this day. She led me to a steam room, which was clean and relaxing. I quickly built up a sweat and was taken to the TS which was very nice, followed by a dry sauna. 20 minutes in I figured by the time I got back to the room, there wouldn't be much time for the massage. However, I was given a full hour after I was back in the room. I always opt for hard as I enjoy the actual massage and could use the muscle work. She definitely had skills. Her back walking technique was top notch. Standard ending and total time in was 90 Minutes. 125/45 will absolutely consider going back if I have enough time and budget to spare..

It has been a very long time since I have been active and wondering if some old favs are still around. Lisa at Relaxtime on Kneeland was always my go to and Cookie, when she was on Tremont then Penny when she moved over to the same building as Lisa but on the 2nd floor, was wonderful.
