She's not going to stump for a hotel then uber to get there and back because she has no money to do that. She needs some cardates or outcalls to get the money to go to the next level. Like I said, it's all a bit of a catch-22. I'm sure it'll all work out in the end, but with her having no incall and no transport, it's difficult to get the ball rolling. I absolutely get that and, of course, it's her decision to make. Just a thought, perhaps she could get one or two firm commitments from "guys she trusted the most" before getting a room. Then, worst case scenario, she has a break even situation. Best case scenario, assuming people know in advance that she'll have an incall, she sees a couple more guys and it's a worthwhile and profitable experience. And, as before, I'd absolutely consider the cardate, though I'd be more comfortable with an incall, I'd also expect to give a larger donation for the incall. Check your PM's, I'd like to get her info from you.
