Met w Jasmin this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Mainly because of a poor report a few months back. Texted back and forth for awhile and decided to take one for the team. Winner winner chicken dinner, I didn't have bs go down besides getting a big ole grin put on my face.

I saw her in a basement on the east side when she was brand new to this. The basement was damp and the room was strange. I ended up not finishing because I could hear people upstairs and she tells me the next appointment is going to pull up any time. It was a QV so it is what it is.
