Tried out the AMP in Shepherdsville and was blown away. Got an Hr it included table shower which was my first. Girl definitely cleans you well and gets in everywhere and a lot of attention to the boys on back and front. Its not a walk-in. You'll need to schedule a visit and they'll give you the address once you are scheduled. Its called Churchill only because it's fairly close to CD.

From reading the board it sounds like Sun, Empire, IB, Relaxation Station, and Evas are favorites.

I will probably only have time to visit one of these, which should I go to and which has the best chance at extras beyond just a standard finish?

If it was me I'd go RS. But that's based on my personal experience of the fact that extras are to be had on the first visit. Prices are a little steep but manageable especially if you're only here once.
