I made an appointment with Sarah, aka Zanda twice, once in 2020 and then again last month. Back in 2020, the communication was greatb2 years later, the communication was the absolute worse! I took Zanda for over 2 hours to reply with a hotel location. When I finally got to the hotel, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get a room number.
