Same shit with the fake IRS messaging you to pay them or they'll arrest you. This is definitely a sneaky way to scare the shit out of you because of the underage shit.

Seen this sort of thing before, even got a phone call from some guy who threatened me, said for just a "mere" 5 grand he'd make it go away, I just laughed, because you know, in this world of ours, you use a fake name, fake number etc etc.

They prey on fear, fuck them', give them nothing and laugh.
