I'm sorry, but I've been in real estate for 50 years, and ask any good real estate agent with the name of the neighborhood is around Springfield college and they'll be able to tell you Upper Hill. Is it used much today? No! Would most people who live in the area know what it's called? Nope! I just took a look. Profile does not seem to be written by a native English speaker. Model doesn't look 36. One picture looks like it is from a high fashion photo shoot. I've never met anyone who says they are from "Upper Hill, Massachusetts ".
