The real task for you is discovering the local non-Asian providers that also offer services. Before the pandemic and before the internet shakedown, there were plenty of European, African, and Hispanic providers. They were usually a little more expensive, but all great reviews. Your mission, if you choose to participate and accept it, is to determine where are they now.

I don't really care for non asian providers except maybe latinas.

Along with the report of heavy LE presence on the 2 motels on Joppa, I would stay away from the AMP on Loch Raven for a while. Don't get caught up in collateral damage. You don't get anything more than a standard HE anyway & that also depends on your provider. So, it's a hit & miss kinda thing.
