Sadly, I can confirm that. I assumed it was probably Hispanic Natalie as she was more known in Worcester. I never considered her Hispanic, but the rest of your description fits her. I liked her personally too. She recovered recently from a very bad car accident. I know her by her real name too and looked up her name out of curiosity about what she might be doing now. Shocked to see the picture and story about her death. A friend of hers. Nicole. Died at a young age several years ago too. Tough life choices.
