It's a reminder that great experience with some extras will get them a better tip. Not crazy amounts, but enough to notice. Next time the provider will be very happy to see you. You'll probably get some additional attention and more extras. If you do, then again provide a little extra tip above the standard for that level, again just enough to notice. Now you're on a roll. Who knows what will be on the menu next time! She'll want to keep you coming in as often as possible. Each time she will remember you and be motivated to give you better and better service. After several visits, you may be able to get everything you want.

Using the restaurant analogy, even if the prices go up, if the service sucks you tip less. That's what happened in this case.

I love tipping well, because that means the service was great. But when you are shorted time, and the provider is distracted multiple times throughout, they don't deserve a good tip.

I've been in the hobby for a very long time. You're absolutely right about bad service deserves a bad tip. No question about that in any situation. It's not always clear which girl is the mamasan, so I try not to split hairs regarding tips for the boss vs. The massage girls. I'm here to relax, have a good time, and leave satisfied. I have a good idea what it will cost before I go into the shop, so I try not to think too much about who's the boss.

On the flip side If the service is really good, but you want more from the provider the next time, a little extra above the going tip for services is a good idea. Welcome, There are many places to visit in Quincy. Another person's favorite may may not be yours. I recommend visiting one making a decision on its level of satisfaction and either staying or going to the next. We all have favorites because we have been doing this for a long time. Almost all of the house fee goes to the mamasan and only a token to the provider. You don't tip less if the restaurant bill goes up, actually most people tip more when the restaurant bill is higher. So if you expect better or more service from the provider just because the boss raised the house fee, you're dreaming. You need to give the provider a great tip because they are the one giving the service. That's the way providers make any money. If you're having a good experience, and you hope for more extras, give the provider a generous tip. Then she will be much more inclined to be generous with you. It's just that simple.

You tip well if the service is good. Period. I am not saying you don't tip period. And you also missed the point of this instance the provider was / is the owner. So they already netted the $70 then short change on time and take calls and text and expect a big tip. Uhm. Nfw.

Conversely. You give great service. I will tip more than the average / standard. Cause they earned it and deserve it.

Ignoring my better judgement to just to Fragrance and have a good experience, I thought to myself - "you know what. I haven't seen anyone post anything about 5 Knapp for ages and I haven't been there for years. I should check it out. " Well, not much has changed. It's not as smelly as it used to be and they DO actually have a legit table shower room. The woman who did my massage was older but not old, she was not unattractive, and actually gave a half-decent massage, but she kept a face mask on the entire time (she had it off when I came in) and had absolutely no idea how to touch a dick intimately. Her HR technique was awful and I almost called it quits until I offered a bit of direction to slow down and soften her grip. I won't be back for another several years.
