Clean environment. Organized in responses. Personable. Firm enough to have rules but not rigid or ridiculous. Consistent pricing for everyone. People talk so it's not fair to charge one guy one thing and someone else less.

I went to a massage business earlier in month and got fleas. I won't list them on here. It wasn't Zen or anywhere I've reviewed. I called the place and they talked about fumigation etc and said I wasn't first to call. A dirty environment isn't my thing. Don't need spotless but at least without fleas etc.

Above all, be personable and make the customer feel like he has attention.

As you should have noticed, there are several members here who would give her a go.

Search the forum for the following names: Molly, Soulard Susan, Danielle, Lemay Summer, & Dee. All were 50-ish and had strong followings. There were several others. There is one who comes to St. Louis about once a month, All American or something like that.

Suggestions which you (she) are free to ignore.

Look at ads on RubMD and AdultLook. Decide on what your limit is and what that is going for. If you are offering HJs, look at 100-150 hr. What are you going to say when someone asks for more? If you are starting out you want to offer at least a HJ on the first visit. I have seen a few providers who were, "not on the first visit, maybe on the second. " I never came back to find out. How do you feel about mutual touch? What do you plan on wearing while working? How do you feel about being naked?

Find a location. Some providers work from their homes, they usually have a second bedroom set up as a studio of some sort. Others use a long term hotel or AirBB. Stacy, Kellee, and Lena have an interesting arrangement where they all work from the same apartment on different days. I think one actually lives there. You do not need a massage table just starting out, but it does help. You will need plenty of towels and linens. And a way to wash them.

Pictures for your ad. Find a friend to help you. Use good lighting and a good background. Think the guys here won't notice the picture of your husband on the nightstand in the background? Think again. Go light if any on the SnapChat filters. Better to be the best you than a doe eyed wonder that no one thinks is you.

Have your friend post a review here of you with the necessary info. See a few people. See if it is for you. Consider a provider account to advertise here.

The range here is wide and dependent on so many different factors. How many clients would she be willing to see per day? Where would she be located? What extras may she be comfortable with once she has established clients? If she's simply giving a quality massage and a handshake while provide a clean, comfortable and private location and she were to see 4 clients per day, I think she could reasonably charge anywhere in the $120 range and have her schedule full any day she wanted to work. If extras are on the table, that donation could certainly be higher. As a monger who has seen Many massage providers over the years, when you find someone giving you the experience you want and there's some level of chemistry, that's the provider you will keep going back to over and over again. I wish your friend the best and perhaps might have the opportunity to meet her someday. I too enjoy a massage from a mature provider.

I patronized Zen. No extras. But I didn't ask either. That's on me.

Just a massage happened. Nothing offered. Pristinely clean place. You can hear through the walls. Very nice lady that was older, around 55-60 had great technique. I was patient and couldn't understand a word she said. She could not understand me. She sensed I was uncomfortable at one point, stomach growling. She grabbed me a bottle of water. Very observant and thoughtful. She wore a mask. I was not expecting anything but standard ending. That's what I got. Amazing massage. I'm not sure I'd go back for any other lady. Because I can get a great massage at other places. I'd recommend this place if you're local. Yes I'd go back for her. Message me for name as I am not sure she would want I advertised here.

I wanted a table shower after the massage but she couldn't understand what I was asking and I think she was uncomfortable maybe. She said a few times to come back and ask for her. I will likely repeat because she's a nice looking lady and takes care of herself. She provides a great massage. I always tip. $60 for an hour and $20 tip. I gave to her beforehand but she was so, polite that she asked me at end if $20 was for her (I think. I could literally ot understand a word). Between the mask and language barrier I think I'll need a translator app next time. I noticed the door was cracked open towards the end which was creepy to me. I'm unsure how or why that happened. You can hear through walls but for the price the massage was amazing.

I wasn't going to post this review but realized I should. This is a review forum. I do Not sense extras are available here but that's just me. Perhaps after 5-20 return visits. Maybe. There was no teasing but the lady did remove my underwear once a towel was on. The place was absolutely spotless. No joke. It is very clean and they take cleanliness seriously.
