Looks like you have been posting for all of 9 days. In this business you must do your research. Without know who you are trying to contact advice is worthless because there are dozens of reasons for your failure. Be specific. Be patient. Also up on the right side of the beginning of the posts there is a search window. Try putting in the girls name. If she has been discussed you may find something there. Good hunting!
