If ever questioned by a desk clerk, simply say you're planning a function and investigating places for out of state relatives to stay. I've visited many providers all over the US, as well as spent hundreds of nights in hotels for business travel, and have never once been questioned coming or going. Act like you belong there, it's that simple.

The nicer places will usually simply ask a provider to leave if they suspect something, even as simple as a noisy party, as they dont want the attention or activity.

Looks like a nice setup where you park infront of the door and don't have to go through a lobby, and parking is not in view of the street. What are the drawbacks of the place? Is there rif-raff hanging around?
