Some days are set for research and data mining.

I shortlist them based on reviews in this forum.

Then data collection (age, features, donations & some times even addresses) and sort them by city.

So if I'm on one side of the town, I pull the list and make contacts in that city.

Normally I finalize it within 5-6 contacts.

I wish this forum help us set our favorite reviews & providers better.

I don't know how long you've been in the hobby, but gathering endless data has its limitations. While I agree with data mining in principle and have my own method, only about half of the SPs are static enough to make it worth creating a spreadsheet entry for later searching and sorting. SPs appear, they disappear. They move around the D metro area or go on multi-city tours. They perform well one week, are dope-sick the next and in the greybar hotel the week after. The week after that they are "quitting the business for good and getting married" and a month later they are back working. You get the idea.

I have mostly stuck with LC / EB in my short time in the hobby because the girls are cheaper than Eros, Tryst, Slixa, etc. And LC / EB allows you to build a "Following list". My method is to regularly comb through the Detroit and Ann Arbor listings looking for girls I like the look of that have minimal fraud red flags and I click on the "Following" icon. This builds my Following list. I also prune my watch list if I discover one of the SPs I have been following has suddenly changed appearance in her pics. When I'm ready to make a date I first consider if I'm in the mood for one of my regulars or hunting fresh game. If the answer is fresh game I review the Following list to see who is posting, where they are currently working and whether there are any new Reviews. I'm usually able to build a target list in a few minutes and then I start texting. I seldom need more than five targets and only a couple of times have I come up empty.

There are two recent problems with this methodology:

1) SPs seem to be changing phone #s more often. When they change their phone #, their existing LC / EB Reviews are lost. Still associated with their old #.

2) The number of BS ads has mushroomed in the past year or so. There are so many ads to cull through trying to separate the wheat from the chaff that the time required to look for promising new ads or updates to old ads take longer now.

Does anyone have a better method for developing a target list?
