Is she guaranteed to offer or accept the same amount with me? No. But it's information. Saying "I paid her a reasonable tip" is not.

Agreed; my point was "X is GPS" alone is also inadequate (like "reasonable tip" since everyone uses it differently. So best to specify numbers & particulars. A fly-by quote to a smelly homeless-looking homie on a busy Thursday night is one data point, a negotiation outcome to a showered gentleman on a Wednesday day shift is a different data point. Suki charges 1 k up for FS and I'm 100% sure she would charge another five or more for cip and cim. She quoted me that and three of my homies. Now Alyssa is a different story as I've never vipd her, but…if this dude bb both, yes, 3 k up is the charge including room.
