I was scheduled with her the other day, but some conflicts arose and we couldn't connect. She is in the same Kearny location as several other providers (the one with a shower, and several rooms). Judging by her affiliation with that location, I would say menu of extras is available. I will update once I can confirm.

Judging by her other ad that I saw posted on RMd that advertises lactation, I am assuming the bigger boobs and thicker body are the more recent post baby pics / reality.
