Or should we as a community reward quality and help the good ones gain more clients with less effort by promoting our few gems?

I agree that that majority of posts are about negative experiences. Depending on the post specifics I tend to avoid, but sometimes the poster hits her at the wrong time or might be a douch that the report isn't accurate for every encounter with her. I've had blah dates with some that are highly touted on this board, and I've also had multiple great experiences with others that had bad reviews.

I also see a lot of crapping on someone that posts a good review. However, as of late, I have seen a number of reports that would suggest to stay away. I would disagree with this sentiment but fully understand how one might come to this conclusion.

First, my disclosure, my preference is for the young spinner, so clearly I'd have an initial affinity to her.
