Saw Heather out walking with a decent looking dark haired girl, both face and body. I stopped her and asked for her new # cause her old phone got damaged.

I I was on my way to see Kiara so I texted her a little later and asked about her and her friend. When she told me the price for both of them, I thought it was a odd amount.

The only thing I can figure is, it's the price of what's equivalent on the street to a 8 ball or something, the term used for certain amount of coke.

Annie. She walks North Ave, and Eutaw Street and she's batshit crazy too. She's fit, wears athletic clothing but she smokes crack. I picked her up once but I parked in a bad spot, and when a bystander pulled up near us she canceled the date. I saw her another time and she crossed the street avoiding me. Then many months later I saw her at the gas station on North Ave, and she flagged me down. She was saying how much she missed me, was rubbing my arm, and asked could we go somewhere to talk. She first wanted to go inside the gas station and asked me to wait. About a minute later she then told this civilian in the gas station that she was hungry and I was trying to get her to sell her body. LOL these prostitutes.
