Honestly, it was her suggestion at the end of the first night.

Over the years I've been in situations similar to the one you just described. I'm going to tell you the one thing that I think would have changed your second day with her is the money. I know she said she was cool with the 150 but I'm going to tell you right now a girl calculates things about time not how much you've already spent. She said since you bought her dinner she doesn't care how much the dinner cost since she was spending time with you and her rate is over $200 an hour she probably expected three or $400 to becoming her way.
