What specific time are you referring to? "earlier in evening" mean 6 pm? 10 pm?

It varies but its usually still busy till 11 or 12. It will slowly drop after 10 ish. It depends on if there is a band playing or a busy Vegas weekend. The 1, 2, 3 am time is when the ratio changes a lot more.

Been spending a lot of time downtown as of late and noticed quite a few regulars. There are a lot of options earlier in the evening but the later it gets it seems the options dwindle quite a bit. Did notice two of the gals that take pictures almost naked when its busy stick around after and are looking for dates. Might be a possibility if you are bold enough to ask. A couple of things to note. There are a lot of pimps downtown. Be cautious. Also if you are into bigger BSW there are a lot after the crowds die down. And I mean a lot. Anyway hope this helps.

Oh yeah and don't jaywalk across the intersections anymore. They are ticketing a lot to try and cut down on all the idiots that just walk out in front of vehicles when the light is green.

On Trop yesterday afternoon, huge cones, more like drums on Polycon from Trop all the way down past the truck stop driveway on both sides of the street. Today I was back, went around the corner, headed down Polaris and noticed that WWW has put up chain link fence barricades that prevents you from getting to the other side of the parking lot, even blocked the driveway on the side near the entrance that leads to the other side of the parking lot. Reminds me of the barricade they put up in the alley behind the Irish Pub leading to 7-11, that drastically reduced the action around Terribles. Not sure if this is just a construction coincidence or an effort to bother the SW's. Don't understand why the SW's aren't smart enough to create another track or constantly move to different streets, all it would take is 5 of them to do it, others would follow and it would keep LE from targeting them as much because they will not know where the action will be on any given day. Don't think LE would be as persistent if the track wasn't that close to the Strip.
