Not a full on report but wanted to share. Called her and asked about hr. She was clearly high / drunk as she was slurring her words, not talking directly in the phone and an overall mess. Hard to understand her. Started out quoting 3. 5 hr. Got her down to 2. 5 with multiple pops. Then as I was thinking of taking the plunge she tried to move back up to original quote. All during a short (2-3 minute) call. I ended up bailing out.
