The fact that the reviews are moderated isn't the issue. The issue is that their verification system depends on writing reviews and having providers vouch for them in review replies. If you need to write reviews for verification you aren't going to write a bad review unless there is a serious safety issue with your provider.

PD also charges a metric fuckton now to post ads and they've apparently degraded their free service pretty severely, which is the other reason why providers charge more there. It's just more expensive to do business there.

Your first paragraph is exactly what I have done with the Kgirl scene. So I am vaguely aware that high end bookers exist and can provide what you're looking for with a high degree of consistency, but I don't have much experience with this, and I think the vast majority of this board prefers to find and book a large number of girls in the 200-500 range and weed them out after the appointment until they have a decent group of favorites that they are regulars with. This tends to work fine for lower expense, because you can (usually) find a few girls that you like and you want to do repeats with, but it requires some time and some risk of bad / flaky / crazy dates.
