All the agencies listed below, except for MP, have one or even zero girls available at any given time. On the other hands, most agencies in Vegas or LA have more girls available than all the 11 NoVA agencies combined. So, it ain't it.

What is the cause of having low inventory? Is it demand? Maybe there is much more demand in other cities?
