Surprisingly I've never been asked for proof, though I plan to get something from the doc just in case. I did offer one chick to check out the incision mark if she wanted to. Glad she didn't take me up on that because upon further review, I can't even find it and I only had it done about 5 months ago.

Every time LOL. If that's all that's on the menu I usually muster up a semi and try my best to shoot one off and then I don't see them again. Honestly though, that's only happened less than five times.

I find that telling them I'm not going to see them again due to their requirements of wearing a caulk prison has a good effect and they'll usually be cool with it, sometimes for an extra few bucks.
