Guys, I received a call from a 407 area code. Guy claimed he was an "Agent Cooper" calling from the Central Florida Federal Court and that my number had come up on a provider's phone. I did Google the number and it did come up as the Central Florida Federal Courthouse in Orlando. But that was about as serious as I took it. He had "police radio" noises going on in the background and asked me to take down his badge number. He was stuttering and stammering through his act and I acted like he was bothering me and kept telling him to get to the point. He finally said that I wasn't taking his call seriously and that he would just end the call and have an arrest warrant issued. I told him to have a nice day and go 'F' himself and he hung up. I immediately called back the number and got a nice lady who verified that there was no agent Cooper there and that no agent would contact anyone on the phone like this guy did. It was, as I suspected, an attempted scam. He did give a date that my number came up and I did call around to a few prospects that day. So there is someone out there trying to run a game. Be safe!!
